About Me

italki teacher since Jul 15, 2020

I was born and grew up in Chongqing, China. I studied in France for one year. I worked as copywriter, designer and language teacher in Chengdu, Shanghai and Shenzhen. I also opened a coffee shop in Chiangmai for two years. Now I'm living and working as designer, writer and mandarin teacher in Hong Kong. Since I've done so many jobs, I dip into broad range subjects, such as literature, history, philosophy, art, fashion and so on. I have lived in many different cities, that’s why I’ve learnt many languages and dialects. I always believe that language is the best representative of a place, a culture and a group of people. 不会做设计的咖啡师不是好老师！

Me as a Teacher

I used to teach elementary English in China for two years. Now I’m a professional mandarin teacher in Hong Kong. I am teaching business mandarin at law firms, as well as been a tutor. I’m a very patient, friendly, easy-going and efficient person.

My lessons & teaching style

I will describe my teaching style as efficient and tailor-made courses for different purposes and needs. I’ve compared many language textbooks and different language grammas to develop my so proud of teaching curriculum, designed for the easiest way to learn Chinese. Also, I will give my students many expand knowledge, which you can’t learn from the textbooks. I believe my course will be super attractive and interesting.
