About Me

I grew up in a jungle in Borneo, helping my mother work the land. We would forage through the forest and fish the rivers for our food. My mother taught me our ancestral wisdom, just as her parents taught her. We were taught to live with nature and honor its spirit. All these memories have a very special place in my soul that led me to study Biology. My career has subsequently been aligned with my background as a biologist, educator, writer, and entrepreneur, pursuits which I plan to further. As a writer, language is like a forest for me. It provides all information that I need for my writings. That's all about me. I'd like to know yours too. Let's connect!

Me as a Teacher

I describe myself as a good listener. As a person who lives in a multicultural society, learning a new language has its own challenge, so I understand the challenges faced by my students. I involved in education (teaching and learning) as the Innovation Hub Coordinator in an International School in Bali, to which this position required me to deliver learning materials in the English language. I also offer Bahasa Indonesia (Indonesian Language) class for tourists in Bali and teach English to Indonesian students for more than 2 years.

My lessons & teaching style

Enjoy your online course with me! My teaching style is casual. I will take you to a deep understanding of Bahasa Indonesia and Indonesian culture. I also prefer learner-led approaches. It will give a wider opportunity for students to express their curiosity and experience in a fun and efficient learning process. TERM & CONDITION: 1. The information provided by me to the student in written, graphic, recorded, etc are “Confidential Information”. Please don't share it with anyone or re-use it for your own profitable benefit. 2. Student fails to attend a lesson without confirmation it is the teacher's right to be paid in full. However, I will provide 10 minutes of waiting time.
