About Me

Hello! I'm a native Russian speaker! I'm originally from Uzbekistan but I have been living in Kazakhstan for past 8 years. I have a strong passion for learning foreign languages and cultures and I have already got to know a lot of people from different countries. I also love meeting new people and making friends from all over the world. Currently I am studying English and Chinese at South Kazakhstan State University. I'm proficient in English, so feel free to get yourself a lesson even if you are only a beginner in learning Russian. We can make the lessons entirely in Russian as well, if you already possess certain level of Russian.

Me as a Teacher

I strongly believe that the best and fastest way to learn language is by getting experience talking to native speakers. Since Russian is my first language I would love to help you learning it! Even though I am only studying to become a teacher I have already gained some experience. Last year I have been doing teaching assistantship at my university in "Russian as a foreign language" program. This assistantship required me to help preparing materials for the lesson, checking homework and working with those students who needed extra lessons and help. Due to the quarantine college lessons were transferred to Zoom, so I have gained some experience in online teaching as well.

Our lessons will be practically oriented. No matter what your background and level is I believe we will improve your speaking skills. Get ready to be discussing a variety of topics. Though we can talk about anything you would like to talk about. You can offer topics as well. It could be your professional field, hobbies or anything else that you are interested in! Another thing we will work with is your pronunciation. I will help you to make your Russian sound as natural as possible. Request your first lesson and hope we can schedule it taking into account our time zones so it is convenient for both of us.
