Hi, my name is Karoline. I am a 44 year old Swiss living in Asia. I have a tourism and hospitality background. Growing up in Switzerland I was lucky enough to learn several foreign languages early on. In primary school it was German (my native language) and Romansh and then later on in secondary school , Latin, French, English and Italian. I even spent a year in the US as an exchange student which really helped improve my language skills. These days I speak mostly English and also some Indonesian, and of course German with my family. Knowing a lot of languages is a huge plus and it made travelling much easier and more interesting.
