About Me

I am from South Africa and I am 34 years old. I enjoy meeting new people and making new friends. I always put others needs before my own and try to be humble all the time. I also enjoy listening to stories and letting others just say what's on their mind, sometimes a little conversation can change one's entire day, week and even month. I pride myself on being reliable, conscience and task orientated. I am focused, self- motivated and an energetic individual capable of working under pressure. I am a recycling enthusiast and love the environment. It would be great to have conversations regarding this topic too.

Me as a Teacher

I enjoy having conversations and getting to know my student. I believe that we need to be able to communicate and have fun together. Without this, the lessons will be boring and neither of us want that.

My lessons & teaching style

I can help you improve on your pronunciation, reading and writing skills through various methods which include, Flashcards, Idiom Cards, Fun 'Did You Know" facts, collaborating on documents together, growing vocabulary and more... I enjoy Audio-Lingual methodologies and this allows one to repeat and practice what has been taught. I would be open to working on individual programs with each individual student, based on their language skills and whether they are beginners or advanced learners. Conversations are always a good place to start, so let us get to know each other and then take it from there.
