About Me

Hello! My name is Lucia, I am 22 years old and I am from Torino, Italy, although I am currently living in Valencia, Spain. I have lived, worked and studied in Dublin, Ireland, for four years. Last May I finished my degree in Commercial Modern Music (in Singing Performance and Music Business). In Ireland I was able to perfect my English and I can say I now have a near-native level of English. I am very passionate about learning languages (I have studied English, French, German and Spanish in secondary school!) and learning about new cultures. This is why I have decided to move to Spain and start a new chapter of my life here. I also love climbing and music!

Me as a Teacher

I am a precise, punctual and patient person, therefore I like to encourage students to express themselves freely and without judgement, encouraging self-correction and providing guidance when necessary. I like to create a stress-free environment where you can feel at ease and enjoy the learning process.

My lessons & teaching style

As a teacher, I understand the importance of customising each class based on the learner’s needs. Whether you would like to practice your productive skills (writing and talking) or your receptive skills (listening and reading), I will prepare a custom made lesson plan for you targeting your learning goals, which will be negotiated during our first lesson. Together, we will monitor your progress, keeping track of the lessons and their content via a shared document. In order to keep the lessons fun and interesting, I will prepare different materials and activities for every class, always focused on achieving your learning goals.
