About Me

Hi! My name is Noelia and I am 24 years old. I was born in Barcelona (Spain), but moved to Peru when I was 5 and the to Mexico at the age of 7. I currently live in Suzhou (China) and study mandarin chinese as my third language. I'm a fashion design student. I love all kinds of arts and crafts. My homies are listening music, watching movies, reading, traveling and exercising. Oh, and I'm crazy about animals. I'll be super excited to meet you and not just share my experience, but also let you teach me about your country and its culture. Hope we can meet each other soon!

Me as a Teacher

While growing up in different countries I learned words, expressions and slang in Spanish that were only used in each of those countries. These aspects helped me enrich the use of my own language. This means I can help you with cultural singularities of the Spanish you want to learn. Since I'm also a language learner and I know how hard it can be, I can also help you build a solid studying routine so you learn the most everyday. I can assist you with pronunciation, grammar, spelling, listening and any aspect you'd like to improve.

My lessons & teaching style

At the end of each lesson I'll send you some material to review each class. This can be flashcards, vocabulary lists, audios, useful sentences or some notes about grammar and spelling rules. This of course, depends on what you want to learn. I'll make of this class as easy and pleasant as it can be, right in the middle of learning and fun. I'll let you choose any topic you want to talk about so you can learn how to communicate about it and make the language as useful as I can for you. In some cases I use technological tools to help you review and not just teach you, but help you to teach your own self.

If you could choose anyone in the world to be your language teacher, choose someone who has learned multiple languages before. Especially if one of those is Chinese. Only a language lover like Noelia understands the struggle and has the patience a student needs. Noelia went beyond expectations by sharing some of the tricks she has learned by learning English and Chinese, including different platforms, books and apps.
