I am an extremely PATIENT teacher, very friendly, charismatic and perfectionist in order to prepare a perfect class for you. I completely understand how complex it is to learn a foreign language, I really do! I always try to make my learners very comfortable with the new language. Making mistakes is not a problem, in fact it is necessary, so I am here to show you the error in a friendly and professional way and help you to improve more and more naturally, with no pressure. My mission is to make you comfortable, to feel at home while we discover the new world of Brazilian Portuguese. In a conversation we indirectly practice phonetics, culture, idioms, and a bit of grammar if necessary. My lessons & teaching style
The focus of my class is "CONVERSATION" and within this interaction we will be able to talk about any issues of the student's reality and culture, as well as Brazil and the world. In this conversation we will be practicing pronunciation, idioms, vocabularies, and a bit of grammar when necessary. I will leave the student very free to talk and talk and whenever necessary I will point out the points where he / she can improve. I always recommend my students to use the ZOOM as a tool for classes. This tool/app have better functions and qualities that will facilitate the class and the slide presentation or other materials.My teaching material

Alyson is an amazing teacher!! He makes you feel welcome and at ease. I am usually very nervous to speak in Portuguese, but Alyson is very encouraging. He gave me some helpful (and positive) feedback, and we worked on ways to improve my pronunciation. His passion and excitement for teaching shines through in his methodology and the material he prepared for our first lesson. I am looking forward to scheduling my next class with Alyson!!
