TOMER Certified tutor - 5 years of teaching Turkish / English Hello everybody! I'm İlknur. I have over five years of experience teaching online and privately. I will be glad to help you achieve your goals in English and Turkish. I help my students with general conversation, cultural perspectives, pronunciation, idioms/verbal phrases, slang as well.. I support my students to feel confident and positive. I’m also very interested in travelling , chatting to people from all over the world and learning about you! Feel free to book a lesson with me.

Me as a Teacher

I've started to teach Turkish when I was a student in Istanbul and quite enjoy it since then and worked in American Culture Language School as an English/Russian tutor.

My lessons & teaching style

Grammar and new words are much easier to learn and remember when they are connected to the things that interest you. I can help you to learn and grow, in a safe and comfortable place where we can practice and improve your skills to reach the next level and achieve your goals. I will help you in the areas of reading, speaking, listening, and writing as well. You can complete the writing outside of class if you prefer. Writing corrections will only be done during the lesson.
