About Me

Hey there! My name is Guilherme and I'm Brazilian from São Paulo state. I'm majored in International Relations cause I'm a big lover of cultures, geography, governments, geopolitics, languages, traveling and making international conexions. I really enjoy know the world and share culture and knowledge, this is what moves me and that's why I'm here on Italki. I'm a traveler, dreamer and adventurer. I've traveled a lot in Brazil and I alredy have lived in New York and Montreal, places where I had amazing experiences. If you want to learn or improve your Portuguese or maybe learn about Brazilian culture, I'm your guy!

Me as a Teacher

I am friendly, engaging and very open mind on conversation. I belive classes should be fun cause this way learning becomes pleasant. I always introduce different subjects in conversation and I really enjoy to learn about the place where people live and the local culture.

My lessons & teaching style

I have three types of classes: - Conversation/Conversação (Conversational practice) - Reading, pronunciation and comprehension/Leitura, pronúncia e compreensão (In this class I bring an article for practice reading, pronunciation and understanding) - Brazilian Culture/Cultura Brasileira (In this class we talk about Brazilian culture in the most varied subjects the student is interested to know)

Guilherme is very friendly and easy to talk to, and his Brazilian accent is easy to understand. If you speak English, Guilherme also has no problems there, so he can easily help you with translating if you have any roadblocks in the conversation. Recommended!
