I focus on assessing the needs of my students, defining objectives for improvement and working at it. I do not fall into the category of teachers who do intensive training for exams, simply because I do not like the pressure that comes with it :-) and also because I honestly do not have enough insight into the different exams. However I am a language trainer, and my motto is progress. My lessons & teaching style
* One-off conversational lesson :
Tackling a needed grammar point / vocab from a topic of your choice
- introducing vocabulary
- quick drill for you to get used to the vocabulary
- production part where you are tested on the same vocab
* Sets of lessons :
Initial Lesson : Assessment via discussion, setting goals
Middle Lessons : Tackling needed grammar points while discussing articles, videos, chatting about a topic of your choice
- introducing vocabulary
- quick drill for you to get used to the vocabulary
- production part where you are tested on the same vocabulary in a spontaneous context
Final two Lessons : reviewing all the grammar points you learnt, overview of your progressMy teaching material
