About Me

Hi! My name is Tom and I’m from the United Kingdom, I was born near London so I have a Southern English accent or you may know it as Received Pronunciation. I've spent the last few years of my life travelling and experiencing all the joys the world has to offer. Online EFL teaching is great for me because I love meeting people from all over the world and have a passion for teaching, I really enjoy helping people improve and develop their English. Me as a Teacher

I am an experienced English teacher with many confident and accomplished EFL students from a variety of backgrounds and ages. I have taught in private tutoring sessions and through online platforms. Alongside this I am a qualified English teacher with a TEFL certificate. I’m a native English speaker with plenty of experience. I can design a lesson to suit almost any student’s needs, some of my specialised areas include: - Exam preparation - Pronunciation - Grammar - Interview preparation - English for children - Building confidence in spoken English - Teaching idioms and vocabulary - Improving fluency

My teaching style is one of patience and fun while achieving strong results and gaining confidence in spoken English. I am experienced in and have a wide range of lessons available. During our lessons I will correct your mistakes, showing you the reasons why they are mistakes and teaching you the rules to help avoid them in the future. Other things you may expect from our lessons include: - Pronunciation techniques to help you sound like a native speaker - Learn new vocabulary, idioms and phrasal verbs - Explanations of grammar rules - Relaxed conversation practice to build confidence and fluency
