About Me

Hi Everyone, I am a native Korean speaker, living in Toronto, Canada now. I've been teaching Korean since January 2018. From my personal experiences of learning foreign languages, I know how interesting it is, but also how hard it can be. Nowadays, I am studying Japanese with a textbook by myself. Also, I am a classroom assistant for the Kid's Chinese class. We are all foreign language lovers. Let's learn and teach each other!

Me as a Teacher

As a Korean teacher, I do care about your passion for learning and love to listen what you talk. No matter what you are a fast or slow learner, I will teach you Korean step by step. This is an one on one class, not like a big class, so I can pay more attention to you to achieve your goal about Korean with an enjoyable class. * One of my students won 1st place in a beginner level Korean Speech Contest in Toronto during 2020. My lessons & teaching style

For beginners, I mainly use various textbooks with some other materials I own made audio, video and image files. I will try to support you to speak simple basic Korean words and expressions. As your levels up, you will be more encouraged to speak more with advanced level vocabularies and daily conversational expressions. However, I can customize the lesson depending on your motivations, interests and study pace. We can discuss about this at the very first class.
