About Me

My father is Colombian and my mother was Venezuelan, I have lived half my life in one country and the other half in the other one, I am certified to teach Spanish by the OIA endorsed by TQUK (Training Qualifications United Kingdom) and also took a course in the EAFIT university of Colombia, I have been an Italki teacher since 2019, and i've been loving it I really like teaching Spanish and helping people practice Spanish with me, all my life I have been learning English therefore I know how difficult it can be to learn a new language, so I can help you with pleasure

With me you should not feel ashamed of being wrong or speaking slowly, that's what you're learning for! My classes are always adapted to the student, to their needs and requests, therefore, if you want to talk about a specific topic it is perfect for me

My lessons & teaching style

I like to dedicate the first class only to get to know the student and their specific needs, that way I can better prepare my classes, I have material prepared for each of the topics, this material has already helped several students of mine in the past, therefore they will also be of great help to you.

I love talking with Nicolás! We chatted about a variety of topics and he is really helping me with my use of past tense in sharing stories. I struggle with that, but with his help I am learning which tense to use in a particular situation.
