I make personalized lessons to comply with students need and request.Evaluate learners learning pace keenly to provide lessons suited for each level.I make realia,TPR,power point presentations, gives headline news ,expand vocabulary and encourage speaking.I usually use a hybrid style teaching wherein lessons are based on students personality,preferences and interest.My teaching material
