About Me

I graduated from Università Statale di Milano in 2013 in "Foreign Languages and Literatures". After university, I obtained a 1st Level Master in "Promoting and Teaching of Italian Language and Culture to Foreigners". In 2013 I was an intern at the Italian department of Kennesaw State University, USA. My Master’s final project was published as an article in an specialized Italian LS/L2 magazine. After my Master, I had many teaching experiences, also with Individuals with learning disabilities, both in Italy and in the USA. I worked in Pennsylvania as a Teaching Assistant for the elementary, intermediate and advanced Italian language and culture classes at Bucknell University, Lewisburg. My lessons & teaching style
I always focus on the needs and level my students are at before the lessons. The most important thing for me is that you enjoy our lessons. Learning has to be a positive process, without anxiety, fear, boredom. I am a professional but very relaxed person: we can have a conversation or I can plan a more structured lesson about grammar or Italian culture, with PowerPoints and other types of files, if you need them. As I lived abroad, I have a lot of experience talking to Italian Language Learners so don't be afraid to talk during our lesson.
