I think the most important quality as a teacher is the ability to encourage learners. Learning a language is not always easy and there are ups and downs. And it requires quite a bit of efforts and dedication. I believe that a good teacher makes learning more pleasant even when learners bump into obstacles, and makes them feel comfortable and relaxed so that they can speak without feeling nervous. So I try to be a good listener. I also try to make each class fun and helpful with lots of preparation. My lessons & teaching style
I think the biggest strength of my class is that I grasp the different characteristics and needs of each student. I try to make the best of 1:1 tutoring by satisfying individual needs. It is ideal to improve all four skills (reading, listening, writing, speaking) but every learner is different and has different learning styles. So I try to respect the differences. Secondly, also important is having fun while learning! I try to create a relaxed atmosphere with my students so that they can speak without feeling nervous and learn by making mistakes. I believe this is very important in learning a language, as fun and helpful classes keep you going on.My teaching material

It was great! I really appreciated how conversational the lesson was-- it felt effective, but also really approachable. I also like that she uses Talk to Me in Korean as a reference point. Thanks!
