About Me

My name is Carolina Menéndez and I'm from La Rioja, Spain. I am extroverted, passionate, creative, involved and responsible.

Me as a Teacher

Three years ago I graduated in Spanish Language and Literature and I moved to the United States to teach Spanish at a university. My specialties are linguistics, music and dance. Now I´m studying in Spain a MA in Hispanic Studies and working as a Spanish teacher. For me, language is more than words, every language is a world and learning a language is a key to open that world.

My lessons & teaching style

My style is special and relaxed, my classes are an immersion in the Spanish world in a natural and real way. The goal is to talk, read and write about stories in literature, news or our lives.
