About Me

Hello! My name is Susan and I am 27 years old. I am currently studying logistical engineering and software development. However, I am also a teacher on Italki with over eleven hundred completed lessons to my credit. This experience has helped me to identify each students specific learning needs and to shape their lessons accordingly. During my classes you will learn grammar and pronunciation. The main focus, however, will be conversation. My lessons are structured to be both rewarding and fun while at the same time guiding you to learn this beautiful language. Me as a Teacher

I have worked as a Kinder-garden teacher and due to this I realized that everyone learns differently and that I have to adapt to these differences. I have also worked as a customer service representative and because of this I realized how important that students are listened to and that I pay attention to everything the student says. As a student myself I know how difficult it can be and therefore, how important it is that I commit fully to the task of providing interesting lessons.

My lessons & teaching style

My lessons will be based on the basic competencies. That means, different strategies will be utilized in order that all my students reach their goals. We will do exercises focused on pronunciation and listening. When necessary we can speak in English to clarify a point. I will employ different pedagogic strategies to simplify difficult concepts while at the same time providing interactive and entertaining lessons.
