About Me

Dear student, first of all, I wish to tell you, that I am German myself - and I wish to teach you my native language, concerning all aspects of (everyday) life. I am an open person, who travelled 3 years in various countries. Now I would like to help you with your specific goals, relating to German language, culture, literature, worklife etc. I have an university background with a masters degree in social science and worked in a bank as a consultant before that. Foreign cultures are of great interest to me. That´s why I like to spend my spare time with teaching foreigners, with travelling, with books and, of course, with you. I am happy to get in touch with you.

Me as a Teacher

I speak high German and I consider myself a rather slow speaker and easy to understand teacher. I will teach you German concerning all aspects of life – personal, work, conversation, everyday life, special interests, pronounciation & many more. I will do my best for you to reach your specific goals. - Ich spreche Hochdeutsch und betrachte mich selbst als eher langsam sprechenden und leicht zu verstehenden Lehrer. - Ich kann Dich in allen Lebensbereichen der deutschen Sprache unterrichten - Persönliches, Arbeit, Konversation, Alltag, spezielle Interessen, Aussprache & vieles mehr. - Ich werde mein Bestes geben, damit du Deine persönlichen Ziele erreichst.

My lessons & teaching style

- My focus in teaching German lies in comprehending your goals as a student and come to teach you according to them. Beginners are as welcome as advanced students to me. - As an open person I adapt myself to the student, which means that I pick you up at your level and bring you forward with my language capabilities. - Book me if that sounds allright to you. I am looking forward to teach you. - Ich unterhalte mich gern frei mit Dir. Dabei berücksichtige ich in meiner Wortwahl Dein Niveau der Sprache. - Gern simuliere ich mit Dir Situationen aus dem Alltag (u.a. Job-Interview), damit du im alltäglichen Leben gut mit der deutschen Sprache zurecht kommst. - Ich freue mich auf unsere Zeit.
