I have worked as a spanish teacher, but I have also worked in institutional schools. Because of my experience as a teacher and as a student, I can understand your needs. I'm an organized teacher who likes to use foreign language methods. I majored in linguistics and language teaching, so I know the basis to start up a good class. I have taught students from all levels. Don't worry if you just decided to learn this beautiful language or if you are at an intermediate or advanced level. My teaching skills will allow me to always come up with new and useful activities. Because I like to teach in a friendly ambience, I will always try to help every student, no matter what. First of all, I want to know your objectives. Once I know why you are studying spanish, I will adapt my lessons to give you the resources you need to succeed. I believe in the immersive learning method, so I will try to speak spanish as much as possible from the beginning. You will be able to say your first spanish words from the very first class. I will correct your mistakes and I will give you feedback. I like to complement linguistic studies with cultural studies, so you will also learn facts about Mexico and other spanish speaker countries. I had my second lesson with Luis today and it was a great lesson! We worked on many things, including pronunciation, spelling, some grammer, and he even showed me an educational video and gave me homework : ). I believe Luis to be a good teacher.
