I have found teaching an exciting and rewarding activity that requires commitment and creativity. It is a work full of possibilities, tools, and dynamics where participants, including the teacher, can build a powerful community. I teach to bring and share new perspectives and develop inquisitiveness during and after class. I consider it essential to incorporate the diversity component. As teachers, we are in charge of creating a transformable environment where the students can express their thoughts and acquire new knowledge and discover their own path. I attempt to develop a friendly environment where students feel comfortable when they participate and they really enjoy staying in class My lessons & teaching style
I adjust my lessons to the learning style of the student. I am willing to prepare the topic that the student needs. I like doing a pre-test to know the level of the student. It could be a written or oral test.My teaching material
