About Me

Hi, I'm Kim, a native English speaker living in Florida, USA. I have a wealth of experience in Marketing, Banking, Communication, Information Technology and Business Management. With my experience, I am confident that I can help you engage in positive and meaningful conversation that will help stimulate your learning and confidence in speaking English. I have 5 years’ experience working in an International Bank, Marketing International Brands and 10 years’ experience as a Director in my company. As for education, I am completing my postgraduate with the Chartered Institute of Marketing, UK as well as acquiring Digital Marketing training and certification.

Me as a Teacher

I am a community teacher with Italki and have completed over 1,000 classes helping students from different countries achieve their specific goals in learning English. My classes are focused on helping you and making this process exciting, fun and easy. I can assure you, if I am given the opportunity to be your tutor, I will be dedicated, patient and always helpful. My focus is boosting your confidence and helping you progress. I will help you improve your language through practice and you would not feel uncomfortable making mistakes, you're in a safe place. I strongly believe that speaking is the best way to learn a foreign language.

My lessons & teaching style

My classes are tailored to the goals of each student, whatever you wish to accomplish, I will help you get there. In my first class, I will identify the student strengths, weaknesses and their goals. We will determine our plan and strategies to accomplish this goal and we will implement in the following classes. I can help you with: Conversation Practice, Pronunciation, Reading, Business English, Interview Preparation and Lessons for Kids. Conversation Practice is the best way to build your confidence in speaking. We can work on topics of your choice or any specific material you are interested in. If you wish to record a class, you must get written approval from me for the specific date.
