I've studied Korean as a foreign language at the university and got a teaching certificate. I have many experiences to help my foreign friends who were studying Korean. I had a lot of fun talking with them and sharing different cultures to each other. My personality is calm, steady and patient. I've spent so much time to practice English with many friends and teachers on italki. I really know well that practicing languages with native speakers is really important and actually helpful. The most important goal of my class is to help you to speak in Korean as much as you can!
I know that you've been studying Korean alone or in class, which means you already know basic grammars and words. That is enough! You can build up the other things by actually speaking with me.
I will help you to notice your mistakes and give you corrections at the end of the class and you will constantly get help not to make the same mistakes next time.
Are you a beginner? No problem! I have good text books and methods prepared for you. You can start to step forward with me and have fun learning Korean language and culture!

My first one hour lesson with Jeong-Eun was amazing. The more we got into the lesson, my anxiety towards speaking Korean began to fade due to how supportive, encouraging and helpful Jeong-Eun is. Our lesson today was the most Korean I have spoken. I also learnt new words and re-learnt words that I had forgotten. Her explanations are easy to understand and help quicken the learning process. I look forward to many more lessons with Jeong-Eun.

This lesson was the most I've ever spoken Korean! 김 선생님 really pushes you to speak and she showed me that my Korean isn't as bad as I thought it was. I still have a lot to learn and will definitely be learning with her!

Jeongeun Teacher's lessons are so fun and chatty that I don't feel shy to try make sentences, even when I'm not sure about my grammar. I feel like I'm learning a lot with this conversational approach and getting more and more comfortable speaking ^^
