I have experience teaching languages ever since I became fluent in my second language, English. I used to help my schoolmates with conversation skills as well as with grammar. I also gained experience teaching both Polish and English to my neighbours' children from the very beginning. During the high school time, I attended multiple international projects including student exchanges and Berlin Model United Nations. This experiences helped me gain language advancement. I've been providing tutoring and conversational practice to people learning English and Polish from around the world.
I do my best to adjust my teaching methods to each student so I can most effectively boost their potential. My lessons & teaching style
The first lesson is always very important in each course. Teacher and student can get to know each other. I try to gather all student's expectations and find the most effective way to teach them. For example, with some of my students providing more flexible and freelance lessons during which we jump from topic to topic is more effective than using materials I prepare for each lesson. Naturally, sometimes it works the other way. Professional materials including reading, speaking, listening and grammatical topics help my students take first steps in Polish and English and from my observations I know that after a couple of lessons we are able to make our first short dialogues. One year ago I was about to give up on learning English, but one year later – with the help of Matt – I have recovered the desire to keep studying. Not only is he a great teacher, but he’s also reliable and passionate. I’ve been taking several classes with him and nowadays I feel better prepared to face my oral exam. He gave me a lot of ideas to improve my monologue and I have been able to enlarge my vocabulary. Choosing Matt as a teacher was a great decision!!!

well, it turns out that there are always new words I don't know and conjugations I forgot :P
