About Me

I have been teaching for 9 years, since I left university. My degree is in Law, German and French and I have a PGCE teaching degree. I taught in a UK secondary school for 7 years, eventually becoming the Head of Languages in an Academy. I loved the job but it didn't give me any free time, so this is why i decided to leave, travel and work online as I go. I still enjoy teaching just as much and I am available for lessons most days. I'm organised and friendly and will help you to make fast progress and give you lots of confidence. My lessons & teaching style
I don't believe in a one-style-fits-all teaching approach. Once we have met, I will see what type of student you are and adapt my lesson and teaching style to your needs. I can cover any topic and I am easy to talk to, so you will feel very comfortable. I can also help you to prepare for the IELTS exams. We can have free conversation or I can prepare documents and worksheets if you like. I am very flexible and will give you what you need.My teaching material

Head of LanguagesI taught in this secondary school and climbed the ladder to Head of Languages position while I was there. I taught 11-18 year olds and also taught 5-11 year olds during the course of one year.

TeacherI have been teaching online for the last year and I really enjoy it. I am able to teach all levels - from A1 to C2 - and any age group. I can be fun or serious, depending on the style the student likes and works best with.
