I'm a TESOL professional with almost 10 years of teaching experience.
I have a bachelor's degree and master's degree in applied linguistics from Georgia State University. I also have a TEFL certificate.
I lived in South Korea for about 5 years where I taught in a public high school and then adults at Pagoda Language Academy. My lessons & teaching style
The lessons I teach are based on your needs and will vary depending on your goals and learning style.
I prefer teaching shorter lessons (i.e., 30 minutes) 2 or 3 times a week; however, I understand how busy learners can be so I also offer 1 hour classes for those who cannot study as often.
I am very interested in language teaching and learning, so I read a lot and introduce many new ideas during my lessons.My teaching material

Matt has been helping me to improve my English skills especially my pronunciation, which I need to work on. Also, I often ask him some challenging questions (sorry) and he's dealing with me patiently for about 5 months so far. Sometimes, I get emotional and negative about what is going on my life, or talk about me a little too much (too much info! lol) but he always listens to me and gives me some advice. He's my mentor/teacher/buddy.
