Hello and welcome! My name is Daniel and I am from Bogotá, Colombia. I am a Linguist and a Translator. I love and enjoy what I do. This is why learning languages with me is a good idea: First of all, I am passionate about languages and teaching. I like to see language teaching as an ideal setting to exchange cultures, share experiences, and build knowledge. Secondly, your classes are planed based on your needs. I can adjust contents considering your way of learning and topics of interest. I know that learning a language is not always easy, but we can make it enjoyable! Finally, you can improve your pragmatic competence. Research on second language acquisition encourages teachers to teach pragmatics (proper use of language in a given context). I am going to Colombia for holiday so booked an intense 3 week course with Daniel where I had around 4-5 hours of lessons each week. I have really enjoyed the lessons, they were a good pace and he mixed up the way of learning a lot to keep it interesting. He also is very knowledgeable about language in general, I really recommend him to anyone who is considering who to study with. I now plan to continue my Spanish after my holiday as I enjoyed it so much.
