About Me

I am a native speaker of Italian. I am a free-lance conference interpreter and I work for the institutions of the European Union. I was born and raised in Milan (Italy) but when I was 23 years old, I moved to Germany. In Germany, I taught Italian for 7 years. I also graduated in German literature and Political sciences from the University of Tübingen. I studied Political sciences and International Relations at San Francisco State University (USA), at Sciences Po Paris (France) and at the University of Bath (UK).

Me as a Teacher

Mi rivolgo soprattutto a persone che parlano già l'italiano ad un livello B1 e che intendono perferzionarlo. Ad esempio professionisti che intendono approfondire determinati argomenti oppure ad appassionati di letteratura e cultura italiana.

My lessons & teaching style

Il mio insegnamento è basato sulla conversazione. Ogni conversazione è preceduta da un lavoro di preparazione di almeno un'ora, sia da parte dell'allievo che dell'insegnante. Sia l'allievo che l'insegnante leggono articoli e guardano e ascoltano video sull'argomento scelto dall'allievo (questi sono i suoi "compiti a casa"). Il materiale di preparazione è concordato dall'insegnante e dall'allievo.
