Hello, my name is Astrid Boduen, I’m a native Spanish speaker from Venezuela. I'm a Petroleum Engineer and currently a Spanish teacher online with almost 3 years of experience. That's why I'm here to help you learn Spanish, Our lessons will be focused on your needs, no matter if you have problems with pronunciation, grammar or vocabulary. My goal is that you can achieve fluency when communicating with other speakers.

Me as a Teacher

First of all, usually in the first lesson I like to test the student's level in the language during the conversation I check their vocabulary and fluency in the language, also the grammar, at the same time I can know their goals in the language and needs. I like to take notes during the conversation, I have a little notebook for that, there I write the mistakes that my students are making and then I tell them the correct way to say it. I personalize the lessons according to their needs and goals and I always prepare for each lesson I have.

My lessons & teaching style

- You will learn basic verbs (conjugations) and nouns. - You will learn how to make basic sentences from them. - I will help you with building up new vocabulary and expressions. - I will help you with practicing the tenses with dynamic activities ou can choose a topic, and we can discuss it together or we can just have random conversations. - During the discussion, I will correct your pronunciations and teach you better expressions to express your opinions.
