Joe is the real deal. He spot my weakness right after several questions and managed to dissect my problems with reference to the IELTS rubrics and his experience in a convincing manner. He uncovered the difficult language in the Band Descriptor with easy to understand examples and provided ACTIONABLE steps for me to combat the problems.
