Me as a Teacher
I am a certified Social Studies teacher in the USA, for grades 4-12. I've been able to live in many places because of my husband's military career, and have experienced many different cultures and ethnicities. Since I am an actual licensed teacher, I am not just a random person who knows how to speak English — I have years of actual classroom and teaching experience. My lessons & teaching style
My method of teaching when it comes to language is immersion. I, myself, have studied French for many years, and the best way to learn a new language is to have a real conversation with a structured lesson with a native speaker; so those who are interested in learning American-English should watch American TV shows, listen to American music, read American newspapers, etc. Depending on what your goals are, I will base our lessons towards what you're looking to accomplish. I can start with someone at the beginner's level to someone who is a professional looking to be fluent in the workplace.My teaching material
