About Me

I’m a 29-yo teacher from Moscow, Russia. I was first taught English when I was about 4 years old and since then it has been an integral part of my life. I graduated from the leading Linguistic University in Russia in 2013, where I studied not only English grammar but also its stylistic, origin of words and other linguistic aspects. I also speak German at an okay level (B1/B2). Among my interests, you will mainly find horse-riding (10+ years), animal care, yoga, painting and various sports activities.

Me as a Teacher

I’m a professional English teacher, who’s been giving one-on-one lesson for 10+ years. Since there are a lot of teachers to choose from, I’ll make it easier for you and will list my main points. - I have taught levels from A0 to C1 - I’ve been preparing people for IELTS for 3+ years - My IELTS students receive up to 8.0 in various parts of the exam - I took IELTS myself in 2014 without preparation and failed the writing part - now I know how important it is to know how and what to write - I also prepare students for Russian State Exams, in which they score about 95% of the maximum score

My lessons & teaching style

!!! Only my first 10 lessons on italki at a very low price! Be among the first ones to try lessons with me !!! - I mostly give offline one-on-one lessons, with around 3 online students per week - I prepare for each and every lesson - which means we will have a specific topic (or 2-3) to do, and not simply talking about nothing Mainly, you should know that I’m not a native speaker that’s why I had to explain everything to myself, find all the irregularities of the language and later on transmit all my knowledge to other people. I prefer to make even the hardest rules as simple as possible because this is the way to make our brains operate faster and understand more.
