About Me

Hey! I am Chiara, I come from Modena, Italy and I would be very happy to teach you or help you improving Italian. I think that you can always learn something from every person you meet, and this is a good opportunity to get to know people with different backgrounds and cultures. So if you will do a lesson with me you will not be the only one learning something new :) In March I received my bachelor degree in European Languages and Cultures, during University I studied English, German and Russian, at the moment I am travelling in Germany for some months in order to improve the language.

Me as a Teacher

My first aim is to make you feel comfortable speaking Italian. As a language learner myself, I know the challenges of overcoming that fear, that's why I will create a space where you don't feel judged and where you can learn by your mistakes.

My lessons & teaching style

Before the class I will send you a quiz where your level of Italian is adjusted, in this way we can go through topics that are right for your level and go ahead from there. If you book a conversation class we can whether go with the flow or prepare something in advance, for example I can give you an article to read and we can talk about it together. On the other hand if you book a class of Let's learn italian together we will first do a introductory lesson to get to know each other, and then I will send you a lesson plan in which the topics that we will cover in every lesson will be outlined. In this class you can feel free to tell me which method of learning fits you.
