About Me

Hello! I'm Stefanie and I teach English in the United States. I lived in France as a student and enjoy learning all about new cultures and languages. I love to discuss current events, culture, art, travel, and food. When I'm not teaching English classes, I'm learning languages of my own (currently focusing on Arabic) and I'm always looking for new language learning tips. Me as a Teacher

I love working with students of all ages and abilities. I became interested in teaching in college, when I joined my school's conversation partner program. This program provided language help in the form of hour-long informal conversations to exchange students on campus. I loved these meetings so much that I decided to pursue English teaching as a career.

In my classes, you set the pace. They can be as structured or relaxed as you'd like. Everyone prefers to learn differently so before our first lesson I'll ask you about your preferences and design the lesson around your expectations.
