Me as a Teacher
I’ve been teaching Russian online since 2012, when I was in my first year at university. I absolutely love my job!
In 2017, I've got my diploma in teaching Russian as a foreign language. I've completed my studies with excellent grades at Moscow State University, one of Russia's most prestigious institutions of higher learning.

● I kindly ask you to reschedule/cancel a lesson at least 24 hours in advance of your lesson time, otherwise the refund will be at my discretion.
● If you are late for more than 15 minutes without letting me know, the lesson won't take place and full payment will be collected.

I teach all levels of Russian, even if you are an extreme beginner.
During our lessons you will be:
- Speaking Russian. A lot.
- Improving your pronunciation.
- Learning essential grammar.
- Progressively increasing your vocabulary.
- Learning about Russian culture, traditions and realities.
I often provide learning materials in Google Docs, so it is recommended that you use a laptop or a desktop.

I have been taking lessons with Polina just over a year now and I cannot recommend her lessons highly enough. She is a great professional teacher and her lessons are always enjoyable. I wouldn't have been able to pass the TRKI Elementary exam with the average score of 90% if I hadn't taken her well structured exam preparation lessons. Great lesson! I have learned more grammar in two classes with Polina than I learned in one semester with another teacher. She moves at a quick pace through the grammar so that I can start speaking as soon as possible. I am enjoying my lessons with her!

I've had 25 lessons with Polina and she has been great! My Russian skills have improved greatly since the start, and Polina has been fantastic at understanding my needs and goals in learning Russian and focusing our lessons around those needs. 10/10, would absolutely recommend as a teacher!
