About Me

I have been a professional English teacher for over 10 years, both in the class and online. I am certified in TESOL and have a Masters Degree in TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages).
I’ve taught students in all levels and ages from Asia, Africa, the Middle East, Latin America, and Europe (in person and online). I’m used to helping people from many different languages sound more American.
I speak English as my first language, and French. I’m learning Spanish and Arabic. So, I know how difficult it is to speak well in another language!
Everyone has a beautiful accent, but you can change it! My lessons & teaching style
What you will learn in my classes? The content depends on YOUR specific needs, but I will teach everyone the skills to help you speak more fluently, such as:

Bachelor’s - AnthropologyB.A. Biological Anthropology. The Human Biology concentration in Anthropology prepares students for careers in medicine, dentistry, physical therapy, optometry, podiatry, and other allied health fields. Human Biology students major in Anthropology but take departmental courses primarily in biological anthropology. These courses deal in human genetics, human paleontology, human physiology, and human reproductive biology and behavior.

Master's - MATESOLMA TESOL Program (Master of Arts in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) produces graduates with the skills to train teaching faculty who excel in their roles as educators, creative scholars, and researchers. This program will prepare teachers for a wide variety of positions both in the US and abroad. Our students will be equipped with the specialized knowledge and field skills for teaching English to speakers of other languages.

ESP (English for Specialized Purposes) and EAP (English for Academic Purposes) for mostly Spanish-speaking students in scientific research and advanced polytechnic studies. Classes taught include Test preparation (TOEFL/IELTS) and Science Communication.

Bianca is extremely knowledgable about what she does. I am very advanced with my pronunciation (and hard to work with) but she's been very helpful and provided some deep insights and coaching that I haven't been able to get from other teachers/native speakers. She is also honest and will tell you exactly what your problems are. Will definitely continue to have classes with her.
