O que as empresas podem fazer para aumentar a produtividade da equipe?

Je crois que les entreprises doivent respecter le temps des employés pour faire des autres activités autre qu’il travail, respecter ses horaires, faire des activités de travaille et les donner les temps pour être dans ses familles dans un balance santé. Il faut que nous soyons plus productifs dans le travail mamis ça ne signifie pas que nous travaillions plus d’heures. Rester motivé et avoir de bonne santé sont les clés pour atteindre la productivité dans le bureau et dans la maison.

Só se pode dizer que a produtividade dos trabalhadores mal remunerados tendem a ser mais baixa porque estão menos motivados mas se os chefes pretenden que sua mão-de-obra seja mais produtiva através do aumento do salário, normalmente não receberão resultados satisfatórios. A fim de tornar os trabalhadores mais produtivos, é preciso contar com alguns fatores “estimulantes”. Por exemplo, muitas vezes em uma fábrica, o chefe estabelece objetivos para todos os trabalhadores. Se eles conseguem os cumplir antes do final de cada mes, receberão gratificações extras mas ao contrário, o fracasso de atingir esses objetivos os leva a sofrer umas punições. Por isso, para obter as recompensas e ao mesmo tempo evitar as punições, têm de trabalhar mais duro. Além disso, a comunicação entre membros da equipe é igualmente imprescindível. A falta de conversas tem tendência a ocasionar mal-entendidos que minarão os relacionamentos entre membros do grupo. Segundo uma pesquisa, o bem-estar de trabalhadores constitui um elemento fundamental que influencia sobre a produtividade assim que é preciso fazer com que os membros se dêem bem e trabalhem felices, sem conflitos ou contradições.

Pienso que las empresas debería permitir a sus empleados trabajar en casa por varíos días a la semana. Muchos empleados han trabajado en casa durante la pandemia y creo que es la opción más segura en este momento, especialmente por los empleados con niños. Personalmente, pienso que estoy más productiva cuando trabajo en casa que cuando trabajo en la oficina por que son menos disteacciones. También es menos estresante por unas personas.
