I am a responsible teacher and I like to help people learn Spanish. I am fun and I want my students to be fun too. I am very friendly. It's a learning experience for my students but also for me. It is a challenge and a responsibility that I want to live.

I hold a diploma in translation (English-French-Spanish) and a Spanish as a foreign language certificate. I speak Spanish, English, French, Portuguese and I’m learning Italian now. I combine my translation work with teaching. I started this learning path in 2013 with in company courses, private and public schools in my country. In 2016 I decided that I wanted to share my knowledge and my language with people from all over the world.

My main objective is that you enjoy achieving your goals by learning a new language such as Spanish. I consider that the best way to learn a new language is through practice.

Tengo 12 años de experiencia trabajando como profesora en diferentes áreas y a distintos niveles. He trabajado con niños desde los 4 años de edad hasta adultos mayores en clases grupales y personalizadas, tanto con principiantes como si ya tenían conocimientos previos en el área o si la necesidad era reforzar algunos aspectos. No cuento con un título de "profesora" como tal, pero he tomado cursos adicionales de metodologías de enseñanza y continúo capacitándome.

Hi, everyone! I'm Alex, a native Spanish speaker from Perú. I’ve been making language exchange for a year now, I have been able to realize some good practices at the moment of learning a foreign language and I really enjoy teaching Spanish.

I´m a Spanish teacher specialize in advance speakers. I´m certificated as Spanish teacher by the Cervantes Institute and as Official Examiner of the level C1- C2 DELE Exam´s. I have a particular style as I teach Spanish through newspapers, literature, ted talks and other original resources. I also specialize in a specific way of teaching grammar: cognitive grammar. With that course, I teach you to think like a native speaker. I just work with 10 students each time (maximum of 5 class per day) so I ensure that I have the energy needed to fulfil its expectations.

I started teaching English in secondary schools and then continued with private Spanish lessons when I lived in Brazil. For me, teaching is an exchange, so I try to get ot know my students to prepare a lesson that's exactly for them. I'm very clear, flexible and creative, and I have many stories to share. I guess that's what my students love! Empecé a dar inglés en escuelas secundarias y luego clases particulares de español cuando viví en Brasil. Para mí, enseñar es un intercambio, y por ello trato de conocer a mis estudiantes para preparar clases que sean adecuadas para ellos. Me gusta enseñar y explicar temas. También me gusta responder preguntas acerca de cosas que sé y me aseguro de que la persona haya entendido. Suelo utilizar ejemplos con frecuencia. Así mismo, soy muy paciente y empática, ya que tengo en cuenta que no todos aprendemos al mismo ritmo y de la misma forma. Me gusta entrar en confianza con las personas para que se sientan seguras conmigo.
