After some time in Dublin I decided to study for a Master’s Degree in teaching Spanish as a foreign language. I was so curious about sharing my language and my culture with people from other countries. When I completed my studies, I moved to Italy where I have been living since. I have had the oportunity to teach people of different ages with different interests which has broadened my experience as a teacher. My passion to learn other languages helps me empathise with students, facilitating the planning of the course.

I started teaching Spanish in my travels in Europe, exchanging classes for accommodation and the experience was so good that I decided to become a teacher. With time, I perfected myself and today I dedicate exclusively to my passions: writing, traveling and teaching Spanish. For 5 years I have been teaching private Spanish in person and online to foreigners living in Buenos Aires, people who came for pleasure or to study and need to learn Spanish and take the DELE exams to enter the University.

I am a kind, funny, friendly, patient and capable teacher. I share my experiences and knowledge with my students in order to have a very friendly interaction with them. Some call me a teacher. When that happens, I ask them to call me Chris. Thus, I avoid a potential barrier that could interfere with the student's confidence in me. Finally, I look for being a friend of my students.

Mi labor como profesora es sencilla: intentar que los alumnos no se aburran como una ostra en clase y atender a sus necesidades para maximizar su aprendizaje. Para ello uso materiales visuales, modernos, atiendo a la motivación del estudiante, etc. La comunicación para mí es muy importante porque representa la realidad del uso del lenguaje, por lo tanto en mis clases ayudar a que los alumnos hablen de manera natural también es importante. Mis métodos y mi manera de enseñar se basan tanto en años de experiencia en la enseñanza internacional, como en la posesión de muchos cursos de enseñanza, varios títulos universitarios y un máster de enseñanza de español como segunda lengua.

I'm a resourceful teacher, with many aces up my sleeve that help me adapt to my students' preferences in learning. I´ve been teaching for a couple of years in different private schools and by my own to all English level adults. I take special care in bringing up my student´s confidence.

As a teacher I like to be PROFESSIONAL with my students, but my golden value is the EMPATHY. I always encourage my students to speak Spanish at any level and when you are learning a language is really important to have CONFIDENCE ON YOURSELF, so I will always encourage you to not be afraid about doing mistakes, because making mistake is the progress. Are you freeze when you are speaking with a native? Let´s practice and for sure you will progress and loose your fear. The key is practice and practice. Let´s do it.

J’enseigne depuis plus de trente ans à beaucoup de personnes de différentes nationalités et de cultures par exemple je parle avec beaucoup d’Anglais,Africains,Espagnol, Arabe et aussi des Chinois , pour ça je comprends les défis d’apprendre une nouvelle langue car moi même j’ai appris l’espagnol et l’anglais pour ça mon expérience m’a beaucoup enseignée que plus je parle la nouvelle langue plus je peux facilement communiquer avec les personnes et la solution est pratiquer pratiquer et pratiquer.

Learning foreign languages is my great passion. I speak or learn several of them. I know how important it is to practice speaking. Not everybody is lucky to have native speakers at hand. From time to time I help some of my friends living abroad to improve their Polish. I myself use italki to practice Italian and Arabic. I asked myself: why not help others with their Polish through italki? So I decided to become a tutor. I will do my best to do it in a funny, engaging and stress-free way. I teach Polish (mother tongue), English and Spanish (I speak them both fluently).

I started working as a high school teacher in México in 2007 and I have been teaching Spanish as a second language since 2012. I have a long teaching experience and I love my profession.

Doy clases de idioma español desde 2004 y clases de inglés desde 1993. Me adapto fácilmente a las necesidades e inquietudes de estudiantes de todas las edades (niños y adultos mayores). Didáctico, uso de plataformas analógicas y digitales (libros de texto, Youtube)

¿Por qué tomar clases conmigo? Porque soy una profesora muy paciente y comprensiva, apasionada por mi trabajo, que es: enseñar español. Me adapto perfectamente a las necesidades de cada estudiante. Ya sea que necesites mejorar tu expresión oral, escrita, entender conceptos de gramática, lo que sea, podemos abordarlo en clase. Además, si tu interés es aprender el español que se habla en Latinoamérica, y especialmente en México, puedo ayudarte a comprender mejor la lengua hablada y el lenguaje coloquial de los mexicanos.

Yo como maestra soy bastante comprensiva, ya que sé el esfuerzo que significa aprender un idioma. Me gusta tener en cuenta los gustos e intereses de mis estudiantes para preparar mis clases, debido a que creo que esto ayuda a mantener a los estudiantes interesados y enfocados en el aprendizaje del idioma, lo que les permite alcanzar un buen nivel rápidamente. También, me gusta que mis clases sean dinámicas y divertidas para evitar que los estudiantes se distraigan o se aburran, además procuro que en mis clases se aprenda tanto el español, como aspectos importantes de mi cultura, pues considero que tener conocimientos del contexto social de un país, ayuda a un mejor entendimiento del idioma.

El español siempre me ha interesado mucho. Vivir en diferentes países y tener que traducirme para que la gente me entendiera, aunque habláramos la misma lengua, me fascinaba. Por eso estudié la carrera de Filología Hispánica en la Universidad de Salamanca. Cuando terminé hice un master de Literatura española e hispanoamericana, y después estudié otro master de traducción en la Universidad de Málaga. Este cariño por el español me ha impulsado a enseñarlo a más personas, y por eso estoy aquí.

Tengo experiencia dando clases en español a una gran variedad de personas. He cursado el TEFL (teaching English as a foreign lenguage) para poder ayudar a otras personas también a aprender inglés, aunque actualmente no me dedico a enseñarlo. Me gusta usar un vocabulario limpio, no soez. Pienso que es imprescindible hablar correctamente y con un amplio vocabulario. Por esta razón en las lecciones practicaremos un vocabulario libre de estas expresiones. I have experience in imparting lessons in Spanish to a great variety of people. I can also speak English. I prefer using a clean vocabulary, free from swearing words.

Para comprender, necesitás tanto de la práctica, como del ejercicio de la conversación. Creo que de compartir nuestras cotidianidades podemos trabajar de una manera más didáctica y divertida. Me gusta pensar la clase en función de los objetivos e intereses de la persona que estudia. Busco investigar sobre las temáticas que te resulten relevantes y así generar un espacio de conversación y debate donde te sientas libre y cómodo. La idea es que puedas cometer errores y también divertirte. Entiendo las necesidades de cada estudiante como únicas, por eso pretendo adaptarme a cada ritmo particular.

Mi objetivo fundamental és que el alumno pueda aprender de una manera fluida, sencilla y amena un nuevo idioma. Aportando vocabulario, expresiones de utilidad práctica y mejorando su pronunciación de manera motivadora y progresiva.
