In the fact I love speaking. It depends on my company in which language :) I help my brother, my cousins and my friends with English. Here in Brazil I started to teach Slovak and English for Brazilians. I help the foreigners with Portuguese.

I teach Portuguese from the basic level to the most advanced. More than teaching the language, I teach the essence of our culture. As a teacher, I´m very flexible and meet everyone's needs, adapting myself to the profile of each student.

I worked for several years teaching Portuguese to a wide range of  grades in private schools and in the public system with Secretaria Municipal da Educação (SME) in Rio de Janeiro. I also ministered private tutoring of Portuguese, Writing and Literature to children, young adults and adults ranging from preschool to high school. On top of that I received full scholarship for three years to work in the research of Morphosyntax. My research analyzed theoretical aspects of Functional Grammar and Sociolinguistics and worked with the "continuum" of gramaticalization and lexicalization in some verbal forms.

I'm a very patient teacher, and I understand that the process of learning can be different from person to person. I use my training to study and adapt the best methodologies and approaches to fit my students' needs . I like to keep it fun and dynamic, so my students can feel comfortable practicing their skills and our classes can be more productive.

As a teacher, I really aim to motivate my students to learn as much as they can and to achieve their goals in their target language. I use Paulo Freire's critical pedagogy to connect the student's life and interests to the class's content, sparking meaningful reflections and debates.

I have experience teaching children👶 And adults 🧑, and am capable of teaching any level of student being a beginner or a more advanced student👩‍🎓 I have 6 years of experience teaching👨‍🏫 I was a private tutor, of languages teaching Portuguese, Spanish, Italian and English I am very flexible in scheduling the lessons ⏰ I have graduated 👨🏻‍🎓from languages and humanities, studying foreign languages, history, geography and psychology which gives me the right tools 🛠 to help you guys!!

Grâce à mes études, mes expériences en France et mon diplôme au Brésil, j’ai pu acquérir un très bon niveau en français. C’est la langue que j’utilise au quotidien. Ma langue maternelle est le portugais. Ayant appris le français de zéro, je suis passée par toutes les étapes de l’apprentissage du français, je peux donc vous aider à pratiquer, parler, écrire en français et en portugais. Em minhas aulas, apresento conteúdos interativos, como séries, esquetes e divertimento em francês para sairmos um pouco dos métodos tradicionais. Mas é claro, também me baseio em metodologia de ensino da língua para fixação de conteúdo gramatical e das quatro competências linguisticas para o aprendizado.

Durante a graduação trabalhei como tutora de crianças estrangeiras, auxiliando-as com tarefas escolares e ajudando na compreensão da língua portuguesa. Desde 2011 trabalho como professora de português para estrangeiros, principalmente japoneses expatriados.

I started teaching in language schools in 2014. I've been teaching Portuguese and English private lessons since 2015 with a personalized approach. Internationally certificated as a professional teacher with Premier TEFL, in 2017. Experienced with children, teenagers, and adults of all language levels.

As a teacher I usually teach to my students the strategies that allowed me to speak three languages fluently. I learnt those strategies during the course of my life, looking out of the traditional academic schemes. I will teach you to be confident and to not be afraid of making mistakes, a crucial component for learning faster. I usually make the class a real conversation about the topics you prefer, in order to create the most relaxed environment possible, as if it was a talk with friends. Then, we will see together what we can improve about every areas of the language.

Vivi em Inglaterra e Suíça e senti a necessidade de falar uma língua estrangeira, para além de entender o que é essencial ou capricho. Por outro lado, verifiquei que o Português é ensinado de uma maneira muito defeituosa aos estrangeiros, permitindo uma aparência de aprendizagem rápida mas obrigando-os a estagnar depois sem nenhuma perspectiva na compreensão real e mais sofisticada da língua. Ensino a todas idades, desde crianças até idosos.

I'm very patient and it's okay to make mistakes whilst you are learning. However, I will sometimes correct you or provide you with a more natural way to express yourself. Eu sou bastante paciente e está tudo bem se você cometer erros enquanto aprende. No entanto, eu às vezes irei lhe corrigir ou lhe mostrar uma maneira mais natural de se expressar.

I am a new language teacher, but I like to teach and, as I am also a student, I can understand the needs of the students and I know that one of the main needs is to ask about any kind of issue, so I will be available to answer any question, because I want the students feel comfortable to learn in my classes.
