I used to be an English teacher in Georgia for half a year, I also had several lessons on English, Polish, Italian, and Russian online and at home. It's already more than 2 years since I started teaching Polish and I had students from all over the world. I prefer conversations and using grammar patterns in actual, real sentences than studying various tables with rules, cases, etc. I believe that the best way to learn a language is by listening and trying to imitate what you've heard later on in the speech. I also know what it means to be a student as I take classes on Italki myself. I know how it feels to be "on the other side of the camera" and understand your struggles and problems.

Jestem cierpliwa i konsekwentna ale i z dużym poczuciem humoru. Mówię również w języku angielskim i holenderskim, co może ułatwić komunikację, w razie potrzeby. I'm helping with learning Polish, I'm not a professional teacher, but I have an experience in preparing to exams or explaining subjects on the grammar field. I am patient and consistent but also with a good sense of humor. I also speak in English and Dutch, which can make our comunication easier if it's needed.

Me as a teacher.... what can I say? I'm super passionate about teaching! And most of my students say that I make learning languages interesting and fun, which is my goal. At the moment, I live and teach English in the sunny Dominican Republic. Professionally, I have over 3 years of experience teaching international students of all ages and levels, in high school, language school and also online. I love having my students engaged and excited to have a class with me and most of all - I want them to fall in love with the language they are learning!

I love teaching. I have experience with working with children, teens and adults. I am really patient and appreciate all student's efforts. I still improve my language and teaching skills to be even better. I have a bachelor's degree in linguistics.

I have experience teaching languages ever since I became fluent in my second language, English. I used to help my schoolmates with conversation skills as well as with grammar. I also gained experience teaching both Polish and English to my neighbours' children from the very beginning. During the high school time, I attended multiple international projects including student exchanges and Berlin Model United Nations. This experiences helped me gain language advancement. I've been providing tutoring and conversational practice to people learning English and Polish from around the world. I do my best to adjust my teaching methods to each student so I can most effectively boost their potential.

I specialize in: 1. Teaching children with the use of TPR (Total Physical Response). 2. Teaching teenagers and adults of all levels. 3. Teaching English for specific purposes: Business English, English for Nurses and Medical Professionals, English for Aviation (pilots, stewards). 4. Exam preparation. I will help you to score high on exams like: FCE, CAE, CPE, IELTS and TOEIC.

Generally speaking, I tend to be easy going and endeavor to keep a light-hearted atmosphere. So far I've gained experience teaching Russian speakers, I know which areas might seem a tad cumbersome for them and what their typical mistakes are (knowing Russian really helps to spot minor inconsistencies in their speech:) )

As a teacher I like my lessons to be specific to your needs. I am a very patient teacher and a very good listener. In my classes, I like to incorporate lots of different types of discussion, debates and cultures (if you are not a beginner) or prepare for you documents to learn new words, see them in the daily conversations and understand grammar (if you are a beginner). I am very hard working and all my lesson packages are perfectly tailored to fit the needs of every individual student.

Outgoing personality; I am the person you want to talk to, talk about anything. I love custom-tailored classes but I've been also following Oxford University Press course for different-level younger learners (Show and Tell; Let's Go; Oxford Discover) and I have lots of props. I'm a very lucky person - my profession is my hobby. I love teaching, I'm really into communicating with the other people and sharing my knowledge with them. Observing my students' progress and successes is what really makes me happy and fulfilled. I have been teaching for almost 7 years so far, both in public and private schools, groups and individuals, children and adults, stationary and online. I may be new teacher on the Italki platform but I have been teaching English outside of the Internet since 2011 when I started giving private classes in my hometown. Later, in 2012 I got employed in a local kindergarten where for almost two years I was teaching children between 3-6 years old. My further experience I gained in an English language school in Malta, where I was working as an English lecturer from July 2014 until June 2015. Since last year I live and tutor again locally in Spain.
