I'm always talking about some aspect or another of any language to whoever is around me. I can recognize someone's origin from the first word sometimes. I love phonetics. I taught an American friend how to get rid of his lisp, and a Spanish friend to pronounce French properly. I taught English at the local village here in Costa Rica, and Spanish to the people I live with at the farm (we speak English). I try to teach in a fresh and innovative way, taking the best from many sources.

I'm chemist, but I love to teach Italian, a beautiful language; I teach online. I'm a hard worker and I consider myself a funny, patient, honest and reliable person. As a tutor, I like to talk with my students and listen to their sensations, opinions and difficulties about learning the language. My schedule is flexible and I'm always available to find the best time for students I always try to make each class exciting and unforgettable. I can teach to people from all over the world and all ages: Italian is a language Without Borders!

I have worked with all sorts of age groups from children to adults, catering for their needs (from opera singers to holiday makers and everything else in between!)

I taught Italian (and Spanish) in many different situations and institutions, such as associations, universities, schools and, of course, on line. I always discuss with my students about my method and I appreciate having feedback and suggestions about our on-going learning process.

Como profesor de italiano trato de aportar un pedazo de mi tierra en casa clase. Aprender el idioma es una de las cosas más bonitas que pueden existir, conocer una nueva cultura, involucrarse en ella. Trato de crear una conexión con mis alumnos y creo que esto involucra más a las personas en el aprendizaje. Come insegnante di italiano cerco sempre di portare un pezzo della mia terra durante ogni lezione. Secondo me imparare la lingua è una delle cose più belle che possano esistere, conoscere una cultura nuova, involucrarsi con essa. Cerco oltretutto di creare una connessione tra me e i miei alunni e questo credo sia uno dei miei segreti per coinvolgere di più le persone nell'apprendimento.

My lessons are usually in Italian for a full immersion in the language, but if you find it too much difficult or too much tiring, I can easily switch to English. If you speak other languages or if you're interested in linguistics, let me know! I will be happy to make connections and insights among all of them.

Insegno Italiano da tre anni, il mio approccio varia a seconda delle necessità dello studente. Tutti hanno un approccio diverso allo studio, il mio compito è quello di comprendere come aiutare lo studente a trovare il metodo migliore per imparare la lingua. Inoltre abitando a Londra mi sono trovata dalla parte dello studente per quanto riguarda la lingua inglese, questo mi ha permesso di comprendere le difficoltà di studiare una nuova lingua cercando di superare il semplice livello scolastico.

I'm a teacher with more then 6 years of experience. I teach up to advanced levels in French and Spanish and to A1/A2/B1 levels in Italian. I'm used to teach on a one-to-one basis but I've also taught to small groups. I enjoy teaching online: it gives us more tools at hand and it's more efficient. I have my own project, which is called "El Charquito Traducciones" and which encompass the services I offer: teaching of Spanish, Italian and French and Translation and Proofreading services.

Posso insegnare l'italiano a chi non lo parla molto bene, e a chi vuole migliorarlo. Possiamo anche scrivere in italiano e fare esercizi di lettura e scrittura. Ho pazienza e sono sempre sorridente e disponibile per me è importante che tu capisca bene cosa diciamo. Possiamo usare testi di canzoni per capire l'italiano, ascoltare insieme dei racconti, perché la cosa più importante è l'ascolto e parlare. I can teach Italian to those who can't speak Italian very well but would like to improve. We can also do reading and writing exercises together. I have a lot of patience and I'm always smiling and ready to help. For me it's important that you understand what's being said.

Questa è la mia prima esperienza come insegnante, ho sempre voluto insegnare e voglio impegnarmi a fondo per aiutare chi vuole apprendere l'italiano. This is my first experience as teacher, I always wanted to teach and I want to work hard to help who wants to learn Italian.

I can do my best with students who have already started an italian class or worked with a professional teacher, and would like to improve by practising whit conversation what they studied with theory. I think my English is good enough to help my students when their Italian will need an helping hand, but i will always try to use italian the whole lesson. I am sure many people wants to know informations and curiosities about my country and i am always happy to let people know about my culture, and discuss with them every aspect of it. I like spontaneous conversation, according to your mood and the common interests we share, like friends relaxing and talking about everything.

I offer informal conversation lessons, in which I can teach you how to pronounce properly any Italian world you might don't know and how to become familiar with Italian grammar too. We can choose the topic of our conversation each time or just chit chat about ourselves.

I've experience in teaching both English and Italian. I've taught children, teenagers and adults in person for a couple of years in both private and public schools. From 2015 I only teach online.
