MY TEACHING STYLE I’m an easy-going and friendly teacher: I like to create an informal and relaxed environment to support my students’s learning process! I have great communication skills and I'm a creative person: I constantly update on new materials to use in my lessons.

I am curious, open-minded, and flexible, meaning that I always try to adapt to my student's needs. I believe that the more fun you have, the better you learn! My main focus is a conversation, however, I am open to go through single grammar topics and adapt my lessons accordingly.

Languages, under any perspective, are my main passion, and Italian is the common theme of my academic studies, my working experiences and many of my hobbies. During the last 8 years I have been teaching Italian as L2 both in Italy and Spain and it is a privilege to see my students improving their skills with time.

I am a very patient and positive person, I like to help people understand and organize everything in the best way possible. I love to talk about any type of topic or even answer some questions or curiosities of the student.

Siempre he sentido curiosidad por los idiomas. Desde pequeño he ido a cursos de alemán, inglés e italiano, por lo que entiendo las dificultades que pueden surgir en una clase grupal o la necesidad a veces de una atención personalizada. Como he podido experimentar yo mismo, cada alumno tiene procesos propios para aprender. Empatía y un método personalizado son clave para garantizar la motivación del estudiante y una eficaz asimilación del idioma.

Le lingue e il loro apprendimento mi appassionano, per questo motivo ho scelto di iniziare una carriera professionale all'estero! Ho tanti amici internazionali e durante le nostre conversazioni cogliamo spesso l'occasione per imparare la lingua dell'altro: queste sono state le mie prime occasioni di fare esperienza dell'insegnamento di una lingua. L'estate scorsa ho animato dei laboratori di lingua italiana per bambini francesi in un centro estivo, è stata un'esperienza bellissima! I teach italian since 2015 and portuguese for foreigners since 2010. I love languages and I'm happy to share a little bit about my mothertongue and my culture with people from other countries.

I'll try to cater my lesson to each individual student so they are as interesting as possible because, how I could realize from my experience, is very important to be motivated to learn a language,like everything else. Another thing that I'll do is to teach you to be confident and not afraid to make mistake because it's so important for learning a language faster.

I am a friendly and enthusiastic teacher passionate about languages, teaching, and learning. I have been learning languages for years and I know the struggle when it comes to memorizing new vocabulary, new grammar rules and pronouncing new sounds. Learning a language is an extraordinary journey, but I know that it is easy to get frustrated when the results do not tie in with our expectations. I want my students to gain confidence in their ability of learning languages. I'm ready to share with you tips, methods, and tools, that I have discovered throughout my experience as a language learner and language enthusiast.

I'm also flexible: I can adapt to your profile and your level to make sure that you achieve all of your goals. I can help you with practicing daily Italian as well as a more formal one for work occasions. As already mentioned, before moving to UK I earned a Bachelor's Degree in "Foreign Languages and Cultures" and a Master's Degree in "Literatures and Intercultural Translation" in English and Spanish languages. While I was studying in Italy I used to teach privately as well to high school kids, to help them improve their English/ Spanish skills.

I love my job, and my mission is to offer the dedication and focus that every student needs and deserves, creating tailored lesson plans. Students can count on me as a constant point of reference to learn all the aspects of my language and culture while having fun at the same time!

I've being teaching Italian to foreigners for four years already. If you are a beginner, we'll adopt a structured approach, using the most efficient materials available. Intermediate students will benefit from a wide variety of engaging activities which will help you understand and speak the language. We can use textbooks, newspaper articles, Youtube videos, podcasts, songs, poems and pictures. We will work on your vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation, reading, speaking, listening and writing skills. Most importantly, everything we do will be based on your needs and preferences. I am extremely patient and sociable. If you want to improve your listening skills, I can be very talkative. If you want to improve your speaking skills, I am all ears and I will help you correct your mistakes.

I like establishing an even relationship with my students, so they can feel more comfortable in conversation with me. Being at ease while learning a foreign language is extremely important because it allows the mind to open and learn with no barriers.
