Ho fatto studi classici e ho sempre desiderato trasmettere agli altri qualcosa di me, sono aperto al confronto e mi piace ascoltare e riflettere su altre opinioni. Nel corso della vita ho sempre avuto a che fare con il pubblico di ogni tipo ed età, questo mi ha permesso di sviluppare le mie capacità di empatia, comprensione e rispetto.

I worked at school and I'm teaching privately. My method is to do a lot of communication so that the language gets easy to use. The grammatical exercises are also very important, so I try to build the lessons that these difficulties are easily surpassed. Usually I prepare different exercises. The lessons should be entertaining and fun, so the way to the result is more effective.

Non voglio essere solo il vostro insegnante, ma anche il vostro educatore. Vorrei darvi dei consigli per imparare l'italiano con un approccio comunicativo che favorisca la partecipazione attiva e la curiosità. Insegno francese in istituzioni scolastiche italiane dove ho imparato le moderne tecniche di insegnamento e la padronanza dei programmi scolastici. Ho insegnato presso associazioni di italiano L2 a Roma dove ho lavorato con bambini, adulti, in classi individuali, con gruppi di conversazione o corsi di preparazione agli esami ufficiali.

Before becoming a teacher I was a language student like you. Therefore I can relate to your embarrassment in speaking. I understand when you say that you have a lot of knowledge, but you can’t express yourself as well as you would like to. Been there, done that. I still remember that, even if I knew all the grammar, when it came to speaking I wasn’t able to put together a sentence. Because of that, more than a teacher I want to be a guide, patience, understanding and encouraging. I'll help you in pursuing your goals and make progress in the language. How am I going to do that? I know that every single student takes their own time to learn. I am very patient and I always wait for an answer. I think that silence is very important too and is not good to force a student to speak when he or she is not completely self-confident. Sono laureata in lingue e letterature e ho esperienza come insegnante di italiano per stranieri.

Mi sono laureata in Università e in Master specializzato pedagogia. Ho il titolo di Master of Education. Ho qualche esperienza di insegnamento in scuola privata, scuola elementare, scuola media, liceo e Università. Ho insegnato dall'età di 5 anni all'età avanzata. As an autodidactic polyglot, I am pretty familiar with challenges and tricks of learning languages and I help students overcome and master them. I have been teaching in different schools in several countries to students of different ages and levels. I am currently a teacher in a junior-high school in Italy. I have had classes for IELTS & TOEFL preparations, business courses, general English for children and adults and also conversation classes. During my BA degree in Italy, I have obtained extensive training on teaching methods and strategies that next to my long years of practical experience, it makes me a versatile teacher with robust classes that are both friendly and resourceful.

I've always helped my friends to learn French or Italian during my stay in France and also during my studies in Italy where I always helped foreign and Erasmus students learning Italian and English. I love to share my culture and to learn about other cultures, I really think that learning a new language is a way to connect, share and give yourself more possibilities and opportunities to reach your goals and to become a more open-minded and better person. I always try to share all of this during my lessons. That’s why I don’t like to say that I teach languages, I’d rather say that I exchange with people through the languages I speak.

I started teaching Italian "by chance", agreeing to the request of a Japanese friend to help her maintain and deepen her knowledge of Italian. I found it fun and inspiring, so I continued.
