Languages can be tricky: grammar, pronunciation and fluency may seem a lot too juggle all at the same time. As a teacher, I can guide you through the maze of language learning, by providing you with clear insights on the differences between your target language and your native one, to achieve fluency and confidence in your vocabulary.

Tutti hanno un approccio diverso allo studio, il mio compito è quello di comprendere come aiutare lo studente a trovare il metodo migliore per imparare la lingua. Inoltre abitando a Londra mi sono trovata dalla parte dello studente per quanto riguarda la lingua inglese, questo mi ha permesso di comprendere le difficoltà di studiare una nuova lingua cercando di superare il semplice livello scolastico.

I suit the lesson to the student I have in front, independently from the age, and I try to achieve the goals as soon as desired. Together we're going to select the right tactic, discussing everything you need, and I'm going to teach you the right way! I focus on Grammar, Vocabulary and Pronunciation. How do I work: I let the student speak (not being afraid of doing it) and filling out grammar exercises (to build the grounds of the Italian language!). I give homework (based on the availability of the student) and I correct them, sending the results via attachments. Most of all I never let the student get bored! keeping him/her busy all the time with new things to do!

I'm an Italian language teacher, I already have experience in teaching Italian to kids, teenagers and adults. I teach students of all levels, from A1 until C2, and kids are welcome too. I'm very friendly and my lessons are very relaxed. I'll treat you with respect and patience, to ensure you feel comfortable and confident when speaking in Italian. I also love teaching children. Games, songs and lots of fun is the basis of these lessons. If you have 2 children, I'm happy to split the lesson into two 30 minute lessons.

My passion for languages comes from my interest in other cultures, from the desire to know the world and open my mind. I lived for a short period of my life in Dresden, Germany, to empower my German knowledge; i started to approach teaching there, because some students like me were interested in learning Italian, so they asked me to teach them something. Once back in Italy, i continued specializing in this teaching area.

I started teaching Italian "by chance", agreeing to the request of a Japanese friend to help her maintain and deepen her knowledge of Italian. I found it fun and inspiring, so I continued. Ho iniziato ad insegnare l'Italiano "per caso", acconsentendo alla richiesta di un'amica giapponese di aiutarla a mantenere e approfondire la sua conoscenza dell'Italiano. I’m a language learner addicted. I speak English, Spanish and I'm learning Swedish at the moment. Traveling to several countries, I had the luck to meet several polyglots who gave me precious advices to learn languages on my own and that’s what I’m doing for several years. My mission is to transfer my knowledge and my passion for the ones who want to learn Italian (my native language). Thanks to my Psychology- Pedagogy- Sociology studies background and my innate empathy, I will guide you to learn &/or improve this interesting and beautiful language, and... you will learn also gestures! (we have more than 60, did you know that? ;) )

As a teacher, I like to create a relaxed atmosphere where you can learn by doing. Together we will study both grammar and the most common forms of colloquial language, we will pay particular attention to written forms and pronunciation and we will do so by talking about Italian culture in all its facets: from history to art, from music to cinema, from tourist attractions to food, passing through traditions, myths and legends.
