I am curious, open-minded, and flexible, meaning that I always try to adapt to my student's needs. I believe that the more fun you have, the better you learn! My main focus is a conversation, however, I am open to go through single grammar topics and adapt my lessons accordingly.

Based on my background and life style, my goal in teaching is to improve the communication skill in everyday life needs. As I travelled a lot, I like to give priorities to those common habits and understanding of dialects and slang cacophonic weird sounds which could lead to an unpleasant experience in my beloved country. Such misleading wordings, put myself into some hard time scenarios, both in working environments either everyday life. Therefore, to plan in advance an all round historical and cultural heritance vision, should be a must for everyone willing to learn a new language.

I’m a language learner addicted. I speak English, Spanish and I'm learning Swedish at the moment. Traveling to several countries, I had the luck to meet several polyglots who gave me precious advices to learn languages on my own and that’s what I’m doing for several years. I think to be a very patient teacher, I try to create the best empathy with my students to learn a new language in a very relaxed way. I already taught english for beginners in a city course some years ago and I realized that I had no problems explaining and maybe repeating things to my students, I was very happy to see them learning step by step, fullfilling their language expectations, that was a very great result!

Thanks to my past as a language student and my work experience, first as a language tutor and now as a teacher, I am able to understand what is useful to a student during his learning path, what can help him achieve his goals. Each student is different from the other, so it is important to use a different method each time, which adapts to everyone's needs, making learning as easy and pleasant as possible. During my career I also had experience with students with learning disorders, such as dyslexia. The age range of my students ranges from middle school kids to adults, everyone is welcome!

For our lessons I’ll choose among a selection of textbooks written by professional authors. The choice will be based on many factors: your current level, your native language and its distance from the target language, your goals and learning style. If you need to reinforce some topics I’ll add extra activities to the lessons or as homework. Homework is not compulsory, but please keep in mind that learning a language is fun and effective only when both the student and the teacher put some effort into it. I’m very happy to teach students with different needs, from beginners who have never learned a second language to advanced students who are looking for serious, structured teaching.
