Hi, I speak a few languages myself, so I know what it feels like to learn a language. Languages are my passion, and I would like to help you with your path of learning German.

I am very structured and motivated helping you. The most important is fun. Therefore my lessons are varied and focused on your interests.

Ukrainian and Russian are my native languages, although I'm not a professional teacher, I totally understand how important is it just to be able to speak, and for this, you need more speaking practice. I hold certification from Geothe-Institut, which confirms that I passed the C1 exam, as well as I in general, had lots of experience with preparation for different language tests. I am a university trained teacher (secondary school, 1st and 2nd German state exam) and I have taught in Primary as well as in Secondary School settings. All in all, I studied 5 years and in addition I completed 2 years of teaching practice in order to be an acknowledged teacher in Germany. I taught German to French students in France and I have worked as a Secondary School teacher for French in Germany. I taught all levels, from total beginners to proficient learners. Furthermore, I am a registered teacher in Australia. I specialized in teaching intermediate and advanced learners.

I went to a german Gymnasium and to a turkish university. I am a primary school teacher in Turkey. I am a german and turkish native speaker. I had many students in Germany and Turkey, which I gave extra courses.

As I am from northern Germany, I have a big advantage over other German teachers. I speak "Hochdeutsch", which is a dialect and accent free version of German. Everybody will be able to understand you and you will be capable of understanding everyone, when you learn with me. Especially in the south and east people have strong dialects, which are not very easy to understand, even for natives. As I am becoming a teacher myself and am studying this subject at the university, I know what is important and what is not, in order to learn German fluently.

Two years ago I started teaching on Italki and also gave extra lesson to high school students. From August 2017 until December 2018 I taught German and English in a language school in Ho Chi Minh City. The biggest city in Vietnam and gained a lot of experience in teaching in front of a class. During this time I realized one of the biggest challenges in learning a language. Self-confidence. Also the structure and way of teaching was not always efficient. In order to support the Vietnamese education system and especially the students, together with my Co-Founders we set up our own German language center in Vietnam. Currently we teach all levels and hope to inspire more young students!

Ich unterrichte Deutsch als Fremdsprache bereits seit 7 Jahren, sowohl live als auch online. Nach der Schule habe ich Deutsch und Pädagogik studiert und in der Erwachsenenbildung gearbeitet. Ich bin freundliche und sehr geduldige Lehrerin. Es ist wichtig für mich, dass meine Schüler den Lernprozess genießen, sich im Unterricht wohl fühlen und so viel wie möglich sprechen. Sie sollen keine Angst vor den Fehlern haben. Fehler zu machen ist super, denn dadurch lernt man!

Before iTalki, I volunteered to teach German and Math to Syrian refugees in refugee camps. It was there that I've discovered that I love teaching. --- I follow my own Teaching Philosophy: My goal is to teach you how to teach yourself a language with the tools I have provided here. Essentially, I want to make you an independent learner - an autodidact/self-learner - who can master the German language largely on his own in his spare time: Consequently, I do believe that your progress depends largely on you. Mein Ziel als Lehrkraft ist es, unsere Stunden spaßig zu gestalten. Wenn du als Schüler*in eine Stunde mit mir hast, sollst du dich darauf freuen und dir denken "Cool, heute wieder eine Stunde mit Constantin!". Ich habe mittlerweile einiges an Erfahrung gesammelt als Lehrer auf iTalki und kann mich mit vielen verschiedenen Menschen gut verstehen! Während meiner Zeit hier habe ich gelernt, dass es vor allem wichtig ist meinen Schülern Selbstvertrauen beizubringen. Denn nur wer mutig ist beim Sprechen einer Sprache kann schnell großen Fortschritt machen.

I was certified as a TEFL teacher in England. Since then, I have taught at all levels and all ability groups and ran numerous workshops. I had the chance to live in different countries and I discovered, getting to know a culture is a way into learning a new language. I also cooperate with Leibniz University Hannover as a tutor.

Due to the fact that I'm a language learner myself, I have got to know how the process of learning a language works, and how difficult or frustrating it sometimes can be. Luckily I know various tricks to overcome those barriers! I have experience teaching Spanish, German and English. I love to be able to help someone improve their skills in a language!

Ich habe Erfahrung im Unterrichten von Deutsch, da ich etwa 5 Jahre ehrenamtlich - das heißt freiwillig - als Deutschtutorin in einem Deutschkurs für Asylbewerber gearbeitet habe. Außerdem hilft es mir, dass ich selbst verschiedene Sprachen gelernt habe. Mein Mann lernt gerade Deutsch - ich bin daran gewöhnt über die deutsche Sprache nachzudenken. I have experience teaching German, as I have been working voluntarily for about 5 years as a German tutor in a German course for asylum seekers. It also helps that I have learned different languages myself. My husband is learning German right now - thus I'm used to think about the German language.

Teaching since 2016 I specialise in technical and general online language classes mainly for care personnel (nurses). I am highly experienced in using web based document annotation apps, communication and meeting platforms, virtual classrooms and Learning management systems. I hold a TELC examiner license for Deutsch B1-B2 +Pflege which also allows me insight and knowledge of test formats and the CEFR guidelines and level requirements. I can offer both general and intensive German classes from Beginners to advanced levels (up to C1/C2) including all 4 competency levels (Speaking, Listening, Writing and Reading) as well as grammar reviews, exam preparation and proofreading.

Ich passe mich deinem Niveau an und spreche langsam, wenn du Anfängerin oder Anfänger bist. Und wenn du schon mehr Übung hast, können wir schneller und über komplexere Themen sprechen. Of course we can switch to English for explanations. Por supuesto te puedo dar explicaciónes en espagñol quando quieras. Bitte buche nicht sofort ein Stundenpacket, sondern erst eine Probe- oder Einzelstunde, damit wir schauen können, ob es für uns beide passt ;-)
