I've been described as a chill, friendly and very supportive teacher by my students. I'm flexible and creative, and always try to find ways to make learning German fun and more effective for my students. After all, everyone is different in how they learn something best. As mentioned, I have taught German to elementary school kids and middle aged people. I have tutored native German speakers (in honing their writing skills) and foreigners learning German as secondary language since 2019. I'm also used to work with students who are not quite confident in German yet. So if you are a beginner, don't worry and let's give it a try!

Before iTalki, I volunteered to teach German and Math to Syrian refugees in refugee camps. It was there that I've discovered that I love teaching. --- I follow my own Teaching Philosophy: My goal is to teach you how to teach yourself a language with the tools I have provided here. Essentially, I want to make you an independent learner - an autodidact/self-learner - who can master the German language largely on his own in his spare time: Consequently, I do believe that your progress depends largely on you. Ich kann gut zuhören. Du wirst in unserem Unterricht die Chance bekommen, viel zu sprechen. Ich lasse meine Schüler gern die Sprache üben und beantworte alle Fragen. Wenn du besondere Wünsche oder Bedürfnisse hast, kannst du mir die mitteilen. Ich erkläre dir komplizierte Strukturen mit einfachen Wörtern und Beispielen, damit du die deutsche Sprache besser verstehst.

Ich arbeite in Deutschland in verschiedenen Sprachschulen. Ich unterrichte allgemeines und berufsbezogenes Deutsch. In meinem Unterricht benutze ich Bilder, Fotos, Zeitschriftartikel und Filme. Ich habe mit verschiedenen Altersgruppen gearbeitet (ab 15 Jahren).

Language lessons can be fun, but language-learning is certainly time-consuming and occasionally frustrating. I am therefore aiming at establishing collaborative relationships with my clients to keep them inspired and motivated throughout our journey. I just started teaching so I don´t have that much experience. Lets grow together get a better student while making me a better teacher step by step.

I have previously taught German and English in China and Thailand and what I noticed there was that many students after some point reach a plateau where their vocabulary is not improving that much anymore because they are discussing the same topics again and again. So as a teacher I like to focus on expanding my students' vocabulary so they can reach the next level of language learning through conversation, whether this means going from basic to intermediate or intermediate to advanced. During my lessons I create a comfortable enviroment where you can really try things out without having to be afraid of making mistakes.

Erfahrungen als Sprachlehrer habe ich bereits als Französisch- Nachhilfelehrer gesammelt. Ich denke, dass der eins zu eins Unterricht ideal ist um sich komplett auf deine Ziele, Bedürfnisse und deinen individuellen Lernforschritt einzulassen. Da ich selber auf iTalki spanisch lerne, weiß ich, dass eine gute Beziehung zwischen Lehrer und Schüler, die vorallem auf gegenseitigem Respekt, Geduld und viel Empathie beruht, unabdingbar ist.

Mein Ziel als Lehrkraft ist es, unsere Stunden spaßig zu gestalten. Wenn du als Schüler*in eine Stunde mit mir hast, sollst du dich darauf freuen und dir denken "Cool, heute wieder eine Stunde mit Constantin!". Ich habe mittlerweile einiges an Erfahrung gesammelt als Lehrer auf iTalki und kann mich mit vielen verschiedenen Menschen gut verstehen! Während meiner Zeit hier habe ich gelernt, dass es vor allem wichtig ist meinen Schülern Selbstvertrauen beizubringen. Denn nur wer mutig ist beim Sprechen einer Sprache kann schnell großen Fortschritt machen.

I’ve started private teaching in 2014. I have no accent, and I teach in standard German. In the beginning I taught people from East Asia, but today my students are coming from all over the world. I'm particularly interested in languages like Japanese, Chinese and Korean. Right now I'm trying to master Japanese. Understanding how these languages are structured gives me the opportunity to teach you German in a more understandable way. In addition, I can help you, to pass the TestDaF, which is the general German language test for foreigners, who want to start studying at a German University. I've also experience in preparing students for the DSH language test and the Goethe-Zertifikat.

I have more than 5 years of experience in teaching and exam preparation. I have completed my B.A. in German as a second and foreign language, English and Linguistics at the University of Bonn.

Ich unterrichte seit 2015 Deutsch. Gern helfe ich auch dir, deine Ziele zu erreichen. Wir arbeiten mit Bildern, kurzen Texten und Aufgaben auf deinem Niveau. Natürlich kannst du auch eigene Materialien mitbringen - z.B. deine Texte. Oder wir unterhalten uns ganz entspannt :-). Ich freue mich auf jeden Fall schon dich kennen zu lernen. Ich habe einen Master in Sprachtechnologie und Fremdsprachendidaktik mit Schwerpunkt Deutsch als Fremdsprache. Seit 2015 unterrichte ich Deutsch für Anfänger und Fortgeschrittene bis Niveau B2. Ich habe auch Erfahrung mit der Vorbereitung auf den "Deutschtest für Zuwanderer".

My work as a teacher includes teaching groups, kids and private students and preparing them for exams from beginners to B2. Some of my students want to improve their skills in order to study in Germany or a German-speaking country. Others need to improve their language skills because of their work in a corporate environment. My classes focus on language skills, such as fluency for professional and private settings, preparing for job interviews or presentations, and dealing with all kind of real-life situations the students may face.

Ich habe bereits knapp vier Jahre lang bei Summercamps Kindern Deutsch gelehrt, selbst privat Nachhilfe gegeben und außerdem auch Austauschschülern aus Asien Deutsch beigebracht. Daher bin ich damit vertraut, mich meinen Gegenüber individuell einzustellen, insbesondere wenn es um Sprachen geht. Ich bin sehr geduldig, gesprächig und habe immer verschiedene interessante Themen parat.

"German is the hardest language to learn!" "This makes now sense!" You know ... those thoughts we are having when learning German. They are NOT true! I believe that German can be explained and actually be fun as well. I have been told that I explain Grammar and Vocabluary in good ways and animate people to stay motivated. ;) Find out if our chemistry matches in a trail lesson. Please understand that I can't accept more then 4 hours of lessons per day to keep the quality up. Of course I will try to find an other time slot for you, in case you book a day that already reached capacity.

(EN) I've been teaching German in one-on-one lessons for over two years now. Most of my students have been from Spanish-speaking countries. Besides English and German I also speak Catalan and some Esperanto.

I am new to teaching, which is why I have set the price quite low. Nevertheless, I will try very hard and grow up together with you. Let's start this journey together. Based on my own experiences I believe in the communication approach to language learning. I will try to get you to speak as much as possible. I want you to learn the language trough conversation.

I see the ideal teaching session as a conversation. I make sure all my students know they are in an environment where they can practice their English and improve it without fear of being judged. I teach by example, and will spend the first session getting to know you so I know what makes you thrive as an English or German learner.
