Je suis actuellement en contexte d'apprentissage d'une langue particulièrement difficile (le portugais) et je sais à quel point cela peut être frustrant. Pour cela je mets à disponibilité mes compétences de correction phonétique, grâce à une méthode peu connue mais très efficace que vous découvrirez avec moi, pour faciliter votre production orale en français. L'oral est primordial et reste une des compétences les plus difficiles à maîtriser. Grâce aux nouvelles technologies et aux nouvelles méthodes d'enseignement, il est désormais possible de pratiquer cette compétence au quotidien.

I have tutored for two years at the College of Charleston in German, French and Portuguese, as well as taught the beginning conversation courses for Portuguese students. During these positions, I worked a lot with textbooks and lesson plans, but I normally will adapt the students wants and needs to make sure they feel at ease and comfortable in order to learn the best they possibly can. As stated, my current work is with professionals, but I have experience with various profiles and am trained to work with students of various cultural backgrounds, learning styles, and ages. In addition, I can proficiently explain grammar in Spanish, Italian, Polish, and Dutch apart from my C2 languages.

I lived and studied in Paris, I graduated in France with a bachelor in Arabic and International Relations. Last year I worked as a language assistant in Spain helping students learn French and preparing them to pass the B1. I know what it is to learn a language; how difficult it can be but also how fun it should be! All my lessons will be based on your level and what you need. We will define the goals you are aiming for and work on your speaking, reading, and writing.

I am calm, patient and I can adjust to your level. I give sessions in French and Arabic at beginner, intermediate and advanced levels. I am flexible and can adapt our sessions to what you want to do. My experience as a fitness Coach & instructor and I also previously used to run my own transport company helped me develop my communication and my passion for breaking down information in bite-size pieces for the benefits of others. I like to keep it friendly and fun, I found it an optimal way for the teacher and student to learn and grow. Mistakes or “errors” doesn’t exist, only stepping stones to grow.

I am very organised and set the lessons ahead of time. My style is centered on the student which means the programme is entirely developed on the student's needs and objectives. As flexible as I can be there is always a structure to the lesson that ensures that aspects of reading, listening and speaking are covered in the lesson.
